MOTIVATION

When it comes to working out, training, getting fitter, feeling better, we're all full of excuses. All of us.
Me included. Really, we should just admit that we can't be arsed. But if we do, we can never complain about not being fit enough, fast enough, strong enough... What we achieve comes down to choice. We CHOOSE the effort we put in. So instead of listing reasons why we don't, we could all watch this video, get over our laziness, and JUST DO IT.



(I don't care this is a Nike endorsement - the motivation is powerful).
